1. What types of apartments are available for rent, and how many guests can they accommodate?

We are owners of apartments at Pizzo Beach Club, offering a variety of options to suit different group sizes and preferences:

  • Studios: Ideal for 2-3 people.
  • 1-Bedroom Apartments: Perfect for 3-4 people.
  • 2-Bedroom Apartments: Suitable for 4-6 people.
  • 3-Bedroom Apartments: Accommodates 4-8 people.
  • Villas: Spacious enough for up to 8 people.

Since each apartment is individually owned, they vary in design, decor, and furnishings. To help you make an informed choice, we recommend visiting the page of each apartment where you’ll find detailed photos, rental conditions, and pricing information. Prices are listed per night for the entire apartment, regardless of the number of guests staying (within the apartment’s maximum capacity). The maximum number of beds for each unit is clearly stated, and extra beds are not available.

If you are traveling with multiple families or a large group, you may also have the option of renting apartments located close to each other, sometimes even within the same building. The compact layout of the complex ensures that all accommodations are conveniently situated.

4. How far is the nearest beach from Pizzo Beach Club?

A major highlight of Pizzo Beach Club is our private, well-maintained, and fully equipped beach. Here’s what you can look forward to:

  • Exclusive Facilities: Sun loungers, umbrellas, and a shower on the beach are available for your convenience.
  • Affordable Access: With our hassle-free bracelet system, access to all the resort’s amenities, including the beach, is just €10 per guest aged 12 and above per week—a fantastic value compared to the daily fees of €10-20 per person at many other places in Calabria.
  • Comfortable Sandy Shoreline: The beach offers a gently sloping entrance to the sea, making it enjoyable for guests of all ages.
  • Safety First: A lifeguard is always on duty to ensure a safe swimming experience.

Reaching the beach is a delightful experience itself. The path winds through a shady eucalyptus-pine grove, approximately 300 meters (a few minutes’ walk). Benches and lanterns along the way make it a charming spot for evening strolls or rocking little ones in strollers during the day. 5. Where can we dine at Pizzo Beach Club?

Pizzo Beach Club features a restaurant and bar located on the resort grounds, open daily from 10:00 to 23:00. Below, you’ll find the current restaurant menu with prices (please note that the menu and prices are subject to change at the restaurant’s discretion).

6. Where can we purchase food and other necessities?

Pizzo Beach Club has a small mini-market near the restaurant and large swimming pool, offering essential products and groceries. Just outside the complex, within walking distance, you’ll find a village shop with fresh produce, including vegetables and fruits.

For larger shopping needs, the nearby town of Pizzo (9 km away) and the Due Mari shopping center (15 km away) provide a wider range of options.

Our caring property managers are also available to assist with shopping upon request, for an additional fee, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

7. How do we get to Pizzo Beach Club after a long flight?

Pizzo Beach Club is conveniently located just a 15-minute drive from Lamezia Terme International Airport (SUF). We can arrange a transfer for you—taxis cost €35 for up to 4 people. Our property managers will be there to meet you upon arrival.

If you’re flying to Naples and prefer to take the train, we can also arrange for a meet-and-greet at Lamezia Terme or Pizzo train station. No need to worry—just reach out to us, and we’ll take care of the details!

8. Do I need a car during my stay at Pizzo Beach Club?

While it’s possible to explore the local area without a car, many guests find that having a rental car offers significant convenience. Renting a car allows you to explore nearby towns like Pizzo, Tropea, Vibo Valentia, and the beautiful Ionian Sea on the other side of the peninsula, as well as more remote destinations like the mountains, Sicily, or Naples.

10. What happens if I or my family member gets sick during our stay?

In Vibo Valentia, you’ll find Ospedale G. Jazzolino (Piazza Fleming, 89900 Vibo Valentia), with a Red Cross station offering emergency assistance free of charge to citizens from all countries.

We recommend arranging medical insurance in advance, as some policies may cover doctor visits to Pizzo Beach Club. Be sure to confirm this option with your insurance provider.

Pharmacies are available in Pizzo, Vibo Valentia, Lamezia Terme, and nearby shopping centers.
